SHIPPING & RETURNS
Items will ship withing 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at check out. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay which are secure methods of online payment.
Promotional prices cannot be applied to previous orders and are only valid within the specified dates.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we'll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:
- the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached
For an exchange or refund, please email us at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your order and provide a reason for your request.
- Domestic Returns and Exchanges:
- We will provide a return shipping label for a fee of $10 which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If you need an exchange, customer is responsible for return shipping and new item will be shipped out free of cost once we receive the original item.
- International Returns & Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend obtaining a tracking number.
- All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
- Once the item(s) is received by us and is in acceptable return condition, a refund will be issued or the exchange item(s) will be sent out.
- If goods are not available for the requested exchange, a refund will be issued.
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
